Amid dense obscurity within space and time
Uncertainty filled the air in suffocating concrete ceiling
Hope sunk in irredeemable downward spiral
That ushered helplessness in bountiful measure
Free-fall spectacle akin tense seal of fate
Silence punctuated in deafening commercial break
Then suddenly
There was light

Divine beam shone and sparkled in unprecedented showcase
Defining distinction between virtue and disorder
In vivid display that subdued sting of injustice with stunning brilliance
It gave directional perspective in its momentous wake
Ventilating heart and mind with refreshing gush of life and creativity
Love peace and joy fill the atmosphere in ever-increasing scale
Freedom unending
Now that light reigns evermore
