He looked up and saw a man standing in front of him with a drawn sword in his hand. The gladiator went up to him and asked, “Are you for us or for our enemies?”
Suddenly there appeared numerous chariots of fire, too numerous to count, securely surrounding the city. Flames of fire gushed through the eyes of the riding armies: A scene to behold! In an unprecedented display of might, an array of non-conventional tools of warfare fortified the perimeters of the city walls. Jericho was under siege and she knew it not. The calm before the storm descended upon her inhabitants and they were way too oblivious of it.
Mother of all takedowns was beckoning the city gates in a formidable offensive and those who watched had not the slightest of a hint.
“Neither,” he replied, “but as commander of the army of the Lord I have now come!”
“Commander of what!” She unconsciously exclaimed, in a stranger than fiction tone.
The ground shook violently at the sound of his voice, in a pulse that intrinsically resonated with the innumerable heavenly host on guard. He swiftly went on his knees and bowed his head before the commander, his whole body reeling with effect.
The Royal Apple suddenly came to, eventfully jolted from her sleep. Her heart was racing, her breathing uncontrolled, as she swung her feet to the floor. She needed to hydrate her throat. Nervously, she rubbed her eyes as her bedside lamp came on, her mind intently trying to piece together in comprehension the images that had just run through it.
